Absa home loans unprofessional service call

I called Absa Home Loans to understand the reason my monthly installments are increasing every month. The attendant said that just increased, it's like that. He answered without even asked my name or check my contract. When I asked for a more specific question based on my contract, he said there's no proper answer to that. I need to accept the increases as it comes, no questions answered. At the end of the call he buffered on the telephone. Such a disgusting and unprofessional service.
