ABSA fails to provide Cancellation/Settlement Letter

I have been requesting a Settlement Letter so that It can be able to cancel the Stop Order deduction from salary at work.

It has been 2 months calling the ABSA division but at no vain. The Attorney responsible for Bond registration has been sending email but there is no response.

Why is it so difficult to obtain required services as ABSA claims to offer?
