7 DAYS LATER AFTER HOME BURNING DOWN, NO CLARITY FROM SA HOME LOANS

13th may 2020 my dad passed away due to the coronavirus. Basically put, we had home owners insurance with sa home loans and currently winding of the estate is still in progress. We have confirmed that the home owners insurance is still currently active, last week Thursday 10 December 2020 the house where I lived for 22 years burnt down completely while I was at work. It's been 7 days now I've been paying for a BnB from my own pocket, my dogs are still currently on the property where there is glass, fumes and other hazards. Each day I have to risk my life and my dogs by going there to feed them and make sure that they okay. After reporting the fire on the 11th December 2020 to sa home loans we still unaware of the way forward and we still have not been given any clarity as to accommodation for myself and my pets, neither the compensation for the rental I've been paying at the BnB up till this day and also the guard which I had to pay for to secure the property. I feel that there's much more that can be done to assist me and this is inhumane. Claim number CL ***
