SA home loans insurance

I am deeply disappointed in the service I have received with SA Home loans insurance. In the last two and a half years I have never missed a payment but as soon as I claim for the damages **** to my property caused by a burst pipe inside the wall I am being rejected from the start.

At first they don’t pay for plumbers to repair damaged pipes, I have to pay out of my own pocket. Secondly they have their contractors making an assessment report that the installation was done incorrectly on the tiles. As I stated to them I bought the house with those tiles in the bathroom and those tiles is old and looks like it was done in the 1980’s as it’s an old house.

Every corner I turn with SA home Loans Insurance is a dead end all the money I have paid for an insurance that means ZERO on a contract, money thrown in an endless hole. It shows what type of ethics is Driving AS home Loans Insurance and that there is no value for money in insuring your home with them.
