Good day hope all is well...i really don't understand Sa home loans and the way they communicate I tried to access the money to the bond that was registered to the amount of R800k and I was told it has been rejected due to my credit score or affordability
Would not recommend Sa home loans they are very bad at rendering a service to their customers. Good day hope all is well...i really don't understand Sa home loans and the way they communicate I tried to access the money to the bond that was registered to the amount of R800k and I was told it has been rejected due to my credit score or affordability am also not sure anymore which one it is I am confused and I did do an insurance claim as well in the beginning of the year April month when the disaster did strike and also for the garage door I was told that they would assist and I basically just temporarily fixed it till their service providers came out and they apparently wrote they can't do anything due to it was a maintenance issue and that it was not covered so I explained to them the service providers could not even got on the roof the 1st time and I did maintain the property as well and they also declined the claim for the garage door,so now I want access to further lending and now that is also a problem,I am not sure whether it is my credit report or my affordibilty I don't know if Sa home loans is taking advantage of the situation knowing that we as customers can't take them to court or if this is just how Sa home loans is treating certain customers,I am going to add some pictures of one of my roofs where I did claim for a damage of the roof the time the natural disaster occurred in Cape Town the month of April 2026(this is under correction not sure when the exact time it was) and I was even patient enough because I knew there was houses and people worse then my situation and eventually the claim was denied due to not maintaining I am going to add some pictures of the time I was renovating the whole property and this the reason why am confuse because where is the lack of maintenance or wear and tear like they say in their report I am really frustrated the way Sa home loans has been handling me and also if they can assign me a different claim advisor and not Ms subashnee because I keep on being decline from. Her 1st it was my credit score now it is my affordibilty and I am so confuse and frustrated...even when I did switch to Sa home loans the municipality value of the property was already R850K and that time I was offered R**** and Sa home loans knowing it was well above that and if I did not let Sa home loans know that time that I was canceling it I was going to be in even deeper hot waters with Sa home loans,so I am not sure why Sa home loans is treating their customers like this and it has to be knowing that if we as customers take Sa home loans to court we will fight a losing battle I am so frustrated right now,can you please look into this matter I would really appreciate it
