Rentia van den Berg - ***** with holiday homes

Rentia van den Berg advertised a holiday home in Manaba Beach. Requested R5k deposit and it was Transferred. After a few emails and no further communication, I realise that I have been ******,to say the least. I requested a refund and received all kinds of excuses in this regard. It's been more than 8 weeks and she clearly disappeared from the face of the earth. I know it is only R5k, but it was for a planned holiday. She emails you from ***,adverti*****t on facebook also dissappeared, though pictures of the house in Manaba Beach were sent to us, we had to question this 'agent'. When I started confronting her she said she will pray for me, because I am attacking her and she is a Christian who will not ***** from others.... Well.... 8 weeks later, no refund, after promises were made that the refund will be paid out. Cell number is on voicemail, no response on emails, Facebook dissappreared, etc... Please do not make any bookings with Rentia Van den Berg as she is not a real agent and clearly a *********.
