After several attempts to book a flight, I only got a cryptic email, with no further response

I wanted to book a helicopter flight for me and my wife for her birthday this year.

I have populated and submitted the form on their website several weeks ago, I had no response from them.

I submitted again on the 15th November, at the end of the day I got such a cryptic email with just "Date does not make sense?" as a response. Ters Rocher has no etiquette when it comes to responding to potential clients and I would not recommend using them for any air travel as they don't seem to be in the mood to do business with anyone.

Their website asked me for a date on which I would like to book the flight, when you select the right date, it seems that the date format is flipped from dd-mm-yyyy to mm-dd-yyyy when the request is forwarded onto them, hence the cryptic response from Ters.

After I had responded with the date in a format Ters would understand, I have not had any response yet for several days now.

I was very excited to enjoy this trip with my wife, but this experience has really left a sour taste in my mouth. Hopefully I'll find someone else that is more reputable and know how work with clients.
