SA Heatpump Poor Customer Service and Lack of Professionalism

A service provider that lacks respect and professionalism towards paying customers. As the only service provider to our complex, routine service and maintenance is carried out by their team, over the past 2 years I have reported the same issue and upon each time have been asked to replace part after part despite the issue being a recurring one. When trying to find out what the next course of action would be if this problem occurs the supplier rudely implies that he does not come and tamper with the heatpump at night and I can complain to whomever I wish or take this up with the developer of complex. A supplier that does not allow you to share your concerns and find the problem instead yells at you to go change the heatpump. Poor display of customer service and a greater lack of respect for humanity.
