Do not buy furniture from "Joe" and "Shane" at SA Grace DC Supplues

I bought garden furniture online through this company (they have many products on Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree), and made the mistake of paying before delivery. The benches I ordered arrived structurally unsound, and with exposed nails everywhere (some pointing out of the bottom in clusters, some sanded into sharp blades on the sides).

The benches are made by an associate of the owner of this company, but payments are made via EFT to SA Grace DC Supplies. I paid the listed price for the products, but when requesting a refund I was told "U paid us **** we done it for cheap for u"

This business is selling products that are a safety hazard and refusing returns of their products, I would strongly urge anyone to avoid buying their products.
