They don't respond to Customer Query

I bought a voucher valid for 2 years from them, now I'm trying to book for a holiday and can't get hold of them on their 2 listed numbers and 2 cell phone numbers. I sent them 2 email's and they are not responding. It's very difficult to get hold of this company.
