TERRIBLE SERVICE

I can't even make the booking for the voucher as they will not pick up the phone. I received a cell number and see that it is now on their website, but they just do not answer. I have tried making a booking twice before and there is never a response or confirmation. I am convinced that this is not a legitimate company. I have contacted Astral group for a refund, so let's see what happens from here.<br> <br> Disgraceful service and zero customer attention.
