telephone line off,no feedback

In 2013 we purchace vouchers with some friends ,thi was going to help when we booking for holiday accomodation.In october 2014 made resevation for 2015 march . I contacted them in 2014 I was informed they are busy with December booking they will contact me till today still waiting ,their contacts still off.In June my voucher will expire that means our money gone with no refund.Sa getaway when selling they promise heaven to give hell. whats sad I have to answer to my friends as Im the one who encouranged them to buy the vouchers ,this has cost me my friendship because of SA Getaway dey have ruined it.
