booking site and number given not working

I was phoned by a company in Durban called RTR Distributors. They said I was chosen to buy a holiday voucher from SA Getaway for 5 nights. I bought 2 for R400 each.<br> Now that I try to make a booking I cant seem to get trough to any telephone number, email or website provided on the voucher. When I phoned RTR Distributors, all they said was go to their website for contact details and then I was cut off. If someone knows how I can get hold of the booking office it will be highly appreciated.<br>
