Booking Query

I sent a booking request 6th March 2015 and to date I have not received any feedback from SA Getaways. I've since sent 3 emails to Lyle Smith who apparently makes booking request but no response. Last week I called her on *** on 3 different days and I got a voice mail that said that they are on training and I should call back after 13:00 , which I did but still no response.
