I have joined them 2019 in November they 19th I paid them 4042,50, and my monthly subscription, I have never ever used their benefits, and I've been paying them,, now I lost my job and I wrote to them to find out if I cancel it they sad yes they emailed me that is it canceled,, I asked them do I get some refund at all they sad no nothing, I shuld have known its like vodacom once u take a contract it's done no refund when u cancel, I know I might need to pay a cancelation fee, but not to loose all this money at this thought times, Im so upset
