Awaiting REFUND since several months

Good day,<br> <br> I am very Angry with the service that i'm getting from Rokaya i have been calling her for months and it seems that its only lies that i hear pertaining my refund, i feel that these people are ******** as they deducted money from me without knowing.<br> <br> Please help me getting my Money back as i do not know what to do anymore they are not answering calls or responding. and i do not want to take this further as i'm not one to get lawyers involved unless something can not be solved with proper channels.
