Empty Promises by Supplier & Reimbur*****t request

I took the membership out on 03.04.2014 with SA Gateways & on 09.04.2014 I realized that I was miss informed because when I wanted to do booking, the reservation department told me that I only paid for the membership not for accommodation etc. That is when I called the consultant ,Faieka & advised her that I want to cancel because I believed that she miss informed me - she stated that I was not miss informed & she promised that she will find free accommodation for me.<br> <br> B4 signing the contract I called the Consultant at 10:20 & again at 10:39am on the 03.04.2014 whereby I questioned her about the cancellation clause & she stated that should I wish to cancel my contract which She doubt I will, I will be reimbursed the full amount as long as I did not use their service. <br> <br> It is now 11mnths since I have made the payment & have requested that they pay me back the money. Lyle reverted back to me on 05.05.14 advising me that he doesn't know where I acquired the information & I sent him info as received 4rm his Consultant that stipulated free accommodation & he never reverted back.<br> Can you please help R3,100.00 is a lot of money to go down the drain for a service that was never received.
