Sadly very poor service at exorbitant price.

Took them 6 days to come and service a malfunctioning door that wouldn't close, and all they did was grease it and leave for just shy of R1k. No emergency number and they are only available from Monday to Thursday - if you call after Thursday all you get is an answering machine.
