Leaking Garage Doors
So I had garage doors installed from SA garage doors (2 double doors). Problem is that the doors leak excessively at the sides with the result that my garage has significant amounts of water in it when it rains, despite the slope in front of the door is away from the garage. Now they want to sell me seals to correct something that never should have been a problem.
Apparently I am 1 in 100 customers that complain - well that is great, then do something to make sure that this customer is also a happy customer. Can't see why I should have to pay extra to fix a problem I have never had on any other garage door (which in some cases north west which is where the harshest CT weather comes from).

18 Aug 2017, 15:29So they were going to adjust the doors, made an appointment and all. And then they do not pitch for the appointment. So their customer service involves telling me it is not their fault, that it is OK for a garage door to look and then they miss the appointment (for which my wife sits at home the whole morning). Really not impressed.
Called them and left message - they don't even bother to return your call. Shocking customer service.
