Bad attitude and bad service

Good Day

I am really upset with this guy Douglas from SA Garage doors that claims he has been calling me every single day for the past 2 weeks to sort out an enquiry that I had and nobody got back to me yet. Then when he eventually calls he shouts at me the whole call through which I find very to be very unprofessional. When I paid the money they did not have a problem accepting it and now I have to accept bad service like this from him.

I am really unhappy with the service received. Regards, Nathanael
