SA Furniture removals..BLOEMFONTEIN
Do not ever use this removal company. I booked the. And paid deposit to move belongings from Jhb to Zululand..booked for the Tuesday early morning...on Monday he asked if they could change to Thursday and if I could pay the full amount. By now I was suspicious He then said he would be at my house at 12 pm.arrived at 4.30 and the staff were exhausted ...so busy packing the next morning when the new people moved in...absolute nightmare...quite a few things damaged sovasked about the insurance and just no answer.... JUST THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Shameless.
Its has surpassed 2 weeks waiting for my furniture when I moved from Kimberly to Newcastle. Mr Cornelius Reynecke keeps postponing my move with endless excuses.My daughter and I are living out out a suitcase with family. He took my money promising a 2to3 day move.I am now going to the police.

Shameless.

EXTREMELY BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!
Extremely bad service from this company. I asked for a quote and received it quite quickly. They did not send me a document to mark off what items I had. I only sent them a list. Didn't ask how many boxes, how many potplants, nothing. I paid 50% deposit and the booking was made for 18/12/25. I was told that by Cobus that Carolus will let me know what time the truck will be collecting. I had to phone on the 17th to find out. Then Lucas told me they were running late can they collect on the 19th. I did not accept it and then he wanted to know if they can collect the 17th at 20h00. Never arrived. The driver called and said it will be collected on the 18th. I was expecting a truck, but a contracter arrived with a bakkie and an open trailer in the pouring rain. No company name on the bakkie or truck and without any documentation. Forgot the tarpaulin apparently in Umhlanga and had to drive back there with my stuff. So delivery was also delayed. They requested payment even before they delivered. 🤬
