I had to phone Carolus 3 days before our move (bare in mind I paid the full amount) to confirm if we are still on for the exact date. He then tried to move our date after organising our relocation to Cape Town on that date. After unpacking my dishwasher and unwrapping it, the whole bottom of my dishwasher was broken, dented in and completely messed up the dishwasher to say the least. The bottom of the dishwasher was missing. It must have falling off the truck or fallen before loading because after unwrapping it low and behold the bottom piece of the dishwasher was inside the dishwasher (so they knew they broke it). They didn't notify us or anything they just dropped it off as if everything was normal. Terrible company, poor service and have so much disrespect for other people's stuff
