No pay out

<p>I lost my mother in law on the 27th. Because I could very busy with the funeral, I put a claim the.following week on Tuesday 7th March and I was told the claim will be paid in 24 hours. I have not received any thing to date. I called them they then said that they have no received Documents. I went back to Metropolitan at Maponya mall and Documents were emailed for the second time. </p>
