Unprofessional supplier

I have ordered flowers for my mother for mother's day, seeing that we stay overseas. When asking my mother on mother's day if she liked her flowers, she rep**** sadly that no flowers had been delivered to her. My poor mother. On Monday, upon sending an e-mail enquiry to them, they rep**** with the excuse that the florist \ran out of flower". I was shocked by this inexcusable response. I mean"
