Horrible Service

<p>Hello Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>Since I'm not in South Africa, I decided to buy some flowers on SA Florist website to my friends and family in South Africa for Valentine's day. The orders went through but SA Florist failed to deliver.</p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed Heather to resolve the issue however, no response addressing the situation was received. The next day, my order was still not delivered and I had to get a replacement order from Netflorist which was delivered in less than two hours after order was placed.</p> <p> </p> <p>If the delivery is late, the flowers are of dissapointing quality. I ordered through SA Florist a couple of times and each time the recipient was unhappy with the quality of the product.</p> <p> </p> <p>Stay away from SA Florist!!</p>
