HEARTBREAK ON MOTHER'S DAY BECAUSE OF USELESS SERVICE AND LIES!!! PATHETIC!!!
<p>NEVER NEVER NEVER order anything from this USELESS complety useless people! I order mothers day flowers (obviously paid through my neck) had a huge fight with them because they were too useless to contact me with any outstanding info (personal direct contact details provided especially for this reason). James sent me an email stating on Saturday morning that my flowers were delivered. It is nou Tuesday Afternoon.... the flowers are still not delivered. </p>

13 May 2016, 07:02It is now the 13th of May 2016. I sent my banking details as they requested on Tuesday at 12:30pm. Again they call themselves "Administrators" but they are incapable of executing any admin task whatsoever. After providing them with my banking info - initials and surname, I stated clearly its an FNB Cheque Acc, Edward still had to ask me if it is a cheque account and after numerous e-mail correspondence with my full names and contact details at the bottom of the e-mail, he still couldn't use his "administration" s****s to think to find my full name there - no, he had to AGAIN leave it in the client's hand to get back to them - utterly useless! As stated above - NO REFUND RECEIVED! I am still waiting for my refund as promised. And they are sorely mistaken if they think I am going to pay R300 for a lousy bunch of cheap flowers from someones garden that they sent as "troosprys"!!! I WANT MY REFUND.
