A Jinxed Valentines Day for my girlfriend

<p>I am based in Cape Town, in an effort to surprise my gf with a great gift I saw on SA Florist website, I rush to do an online purchase convinient enough.....I do a follow up call to speak to Heather/Tony, I am told they wont be able to deliver in the morning but can try for just after lunch, as my gf was scheduled to knock off at 2pm.</p> <p>That was the last I hear from SA florist for the rest of the day, no-one contacted my gf, no-one communicated with me, their phone was not answered the entire day....I even stopped my gf from knocking off early from work, think there might be a lot of deliveries and that they may still be making their way to her. It was a doomed day, valentines turned into vacating day on the part of SA florist....this is not even about the money spend, the poor service provide, no decency whatsoever to keep the customer informed. It would have been better if I was told the sad truth that the cant make it, maybe I could have found myself a Mr delivery....but keeping quiet the whole day though...such a disgrace.</p>
