Concrete screting lifting and scratched

SA floors installed the concrete seemless screting in our house to give it an industrial look. At first we loved it (and we still love the look) but is started scratching intensly after a few weeks, even though SA floors assured us this produck is very durable. It then cracked at 2 places and started lifting. SA floors said it was the supplier but we had a 3 year warranty and requested them to either refund us or to come and re-do the floors. SA floors just stopped taking our calls and if we use another phone they just say they are assessing the claim. It has been 2 months of fighting with them. This was not our 1st incident with them as they had messed up the 1st floor, also blaming the supplier. Our floors look so bad and is getting worse and its 6 months after they compleded it. The owner, Jacques, doesnt seem to care about customer satisfaction. We are extremely disappointed with their work.
