Worst Customer Service/Purchase - non purchase ever

The above Co advertises and emails daily about fantastic deals, guarenteed delivery and or shipping to ANYwhere I ordered and paid for Faceshields back in May 2017 - have been on line with their "CUSTOMER SERVICE" joke and to date ZERO they refuse to give a refund unless I return goods...How pray tell do you return something you NEVER received but PAID for?!?!?!?!?!?!?! there is no way of contacting them other than "live chat" I am beyond LIVID as money very quickly taken off account but zero refund coming until goods returned?!?!?!?! WTAF
