Worst airline!!!

My husband flew with SA Express to the DRC on 14 August 2019. Till date he has not received his baggage. When I phoned the airline (they know me by name by now), they simply say that they don't know if the baggage was on the next flight. The airline just don't care!!! He is working at a mine and for 4 days now have no clean clothes, medication or working equipment! This is unacceptable and ridiculous!! Worst airline ever!
