Worst airline

Worst airline I have ever encountered. My last 4 SA Express flights have been delayed by over an hour. I am writing this as I wait to depart from Johannesburg to Kimberley. Without communicating this to the passengers who have been at the airport since 16:00 (that is 4 hours ago) the airline took it upon themselves to cancel the 17:20 flight and combine it with the 19:10 flight (note: which was also delayed). Worst service I have ever encountered. Unfortunately I travel for business often and am forced to make use of this true atrocious airline. Would not recommend this to my worst enemy.
