Useless

We where pulled of a flight due to the wiper not functioning, when i querried when we are being delayed to i was given a time, the time given was incorrect and the flight left...no one would take responsibility or even be slightly helpful...the ticket sales lady and the manager on duty both had bad attitude, worst airline ever...
