Unreliable Airline

On the 10/09/2019 I was traveling from Mthatha to Gauteng for business, I had booked your morning flight in advance which was supposedly depart at 08:10 am according to my ticket I received. Upon arriving at KD Matanzima Air port at 07:15 am, I went straight to your counter, there was no one to attend to me, when I asked the security member I was told that they are inside assisting their guests to board, I had to wait at your counter. When your attendant finally came back it was around 07:30 and he told me that the flight is leaving I should have been there at 06;00am , Your Airline departed before 08:00 from Mthatha and not at the time stated on your ticket. I was grossly inconvenienced by your terrible service as I couldn’t attend to my scheduled business and financial lost. I have phoned and sent emails to your Head Office to lodge my complaint to John Shabangu Security Compliance Officer who escalated my query to his superior Mr. Maite Nkgweng *** . up to this date I am still waiting for Maite to respond.
