UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE OF SA EXPRESS

A flight booked in advance from PE to DBN was discontinued 2 days before the actual flight and the airline was very insensitive to our needs. It then neccessitated us having to book another flight with another airline. It is now 6 days later and SA Express has not refunded the cost of the ticket for a flight they discontinued nor do they respond to email correspondence. The airline customer service is really very unprofessional in the service they render. I will never use this airline again and will be discouraging, relatives, colleagues and friends to make use of this very unstable airline.
