Unnecessary costs incurred due to Delayed Baggage

I was in flight No. SA1933 on the 27 FEB 2015 from JHB to DBN.<br> My baggage did not arrive with me but was delayed and as a result, I could not perform as I was booked to do so at the attached venue. The bag was carrying my stage attire, background music, shoes and clothes for Metro FM awards event. I reported the case ***, I even spoke to Darmesh three days later who promised to get back to me about the outcome. I am currently sued for not having appeared at a paid for performance in uMlazi. To date I have not received a call nor an email updating me of what has been done to refund me the amount of money I had to spend without having budgeted for such expenditure as my baggage only arrived after the awards event. The worst was when I had to get a cab to the airport to get him to authorize that I can go buy clothes for the event which was only 2 hours before starting time and I was made to wait for him over an hour that I ended up going to the mall without the necessary authorization that only came two hours after the show had started. In my whole entire experience with bad services, I have never been treated like this and I dare find myself in another SA Express.
