Totally useless

On 24 May we were supposed to fly on flight SA1509 (JHB - GRJ) when the flight was cancelled due to the suspended airline licence. There was no one at the gate to let us know - we ended up walking back to the Sa Express office to find this out.

We were told that Sa Express had no agreements with airlines flying to George and we had to use our own money and means to arrange alternate transport. All the other airlines were already fully booked and we ended up using a rental car and drove the 1200 km's through the night. (Without reimbur*****t from Sa Express)

They sheer ignorance and "don't care" attitude for passengers will most definitely ensure that our company does not use them ever again.
