To Hell with SAA

Had a motor vehicle accident with my children in the car while driving to the airport to drop them. We missed our flight waiting for tow trucks to take my car away and drop us at the airport... Do You think these people had any sympathy for the trauma we had just been put through... No instead i had to hear that it will cost me R1700 per child to get them onto the next flight and a refund would yield approximately R1200 in total from he R3500 we initially paid for the tickets. Seriously poor unthoughtful customer service first time flying with SAA and it will be the last.
