TICKET FORFERITED

I booked online a flight ticket from Johannesburg to Mafikeng I missed the flight on the 21st September 2015, I then reported the matter to the ladies working at the front desk that I missed my flight and they said my ticket would be valid for 6months, now I enquired to a Certain Kat Marokane on the 27 November 2015 then she sent an email saying my ticket is a no show and it means I forfeited it, I cant pay R600 only for my ticket to be forfeited and not be notified of such so my money went down the drain with no one to help me.<br> <br> The ticket number is ETKT ***015<br> Booking ref : AMADEUS 3BH8UH <br> Airline : FlySAA
