Terrible service from SAA Express

On Friday, the 20th April 2018 I was travelling to Gaberone on the 06h40 flight. It was delayed by 2 hours. 3 hours later we were told it was delayed once more by a further 2 hours. My client was not impressed as I had missed my 08h30 appointment. The crew on the plane was unfriendly and rude. I am never flying SAA again!!!!
