Still no refund from SA Express

I had booked a return flight from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg for the 26th of May 2018, but unfortunately the airline was grounded before my planned flight. I was able to get a flight to Johannesburg with SA Airlink, but opted to return by car to Bloemfontein and requested a refund for the return flight. It is now more than a month after, and I am still unable to get through to SA Express. NONE of the telephone numbers are being answered!! I am really frustrated as I really need the money!!!!
