Shout Out - Nobantu Ncamane - South Africa Airways Voyager Team

Shout out to Nobantu Ncamane fro SAA Voyager. She is a women of her word and quality. have been in dispute for the past 3 months regarding my unclaimed miles without any resolution. Called again today (24 May 2019) and was on a hold for awhile but all because Nobantu wanted to sort out my problem immediately. She had to run up or down to a different division to escalate my matter and advised she'd call me back to give update. As expected with these 'we'll call you back" responses I was skeptic however 4 hours later, she did indeed call and sorted out a problem I had for 3 months in less than 4 hours. Sometimes we are so quick to write about complaints but never appreciate.
