SA Express you suck

<p>After checking in 24 hours ahead of time for the 19:55 flight to Durban from PE, I get to the gate only to be told that my seat has been allocated to somebody else and the flight is full. In the meantime people who got to the gate after me are allowed to waltz onto the plane. How does that work? And what's with the offer of a flight where I still have to pay the airport taxes? What kind of compensation is that? And what about the offfer of a night in a hotel in my hometown? What on earth for? Your service sucks and you have destroyed two weekends. Horrible experience.</p>
