SA Express: unreliable by far

AVOID anything to do with SAA. SA Express, totally useless. Flight on SA1014 today delayed by 3 hours, does not answer ANY telephone line.

The irony is I was delayed on the R21 on Sunday 13 October on the way to OR Tambo for more than one hour because of roadworks and missed the flight to Bloemfontein. I phoned SAA will still stuck, but offered no help. Now on my return flight I have to wait for them for almost 3 hours.

Do not rely on SA Express (or any other SAA service) - they will 'drop' you.
