SA Express Left My Luggage Without Informing Me

SA Express flight SA1213 left OR Tambo Airport to Richards Bay on 13 March 2015 without informing me and almost all other passengers that our bags were deliberately left behind due to flight capacity limitations. SA Express only informed us of this decision when we landed in RBay. This is after paying exuberant cost, R1800 for a single trip, but the airline has gut to decide without enquiring from the passengers. I find this to be pure injustice/dishonesty. Since this was the last flight for the day, we were told that we will only get our luggage the following day. What could have happened to those passengers who re**** on chronic medications from their luggage? Over 15 people were inconvenienced.<br> <br> This incident happens a week after SA Express refused to allow me to board the flight when I was already at the boarding gate, telling me that the flight is closed while other passengers were still boarding. When I enquired about my luggage, I was later informed that the flight departed with my bags while I myself was refused to travel. I was promised to reuse my ticket. When I requested to change my ticket, customer care took me back and forth after >8hrs over the line. Had to rebook.
