SA express enough to make you SIC****

I was booked on a flight from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg flight SA1012 15:30 - 16:30. Which they changed our flight to 17:00 which then delayed to 17:40. We made it clear that we have connecting flights and that we are flying out with Etihad airline to Abu Dhabi at 19:15 and then from Abu Dhabi to ****et. They told us that they hve contacted someone at Johannesburg airport to ask them to hold the flight for 10 minutes for us as we landed when it was boarding time already and almost time for the gate to Abu Dhabi flight to close. We ran through the airport and rushed through immigration and to our surprise we where 5 minutes late and the gate has closed and the bus to the plane has left. Leaving us stranded at Johannesburg airport, wasted our money on a flight which SA express promised they will ask 10 minutes grace which they never did, but surprise surprise SA express was delayed as they waited nearly 40 minutes for passengers at another airport.(Lubumbashi) I'm really discussed and disappointed!!! On top of it all no *********** SA express staff member can tell us where our bags is
