SA Express are a joke - the only thing they can reliably achieve is to be late with absolute cer*****y.

SA Express have to be the world's most unreliable airline. The only thing they can do reliably is be late. I regularly fly from Johannesburg to Kimberley, and back - typically once a month. SA Express are always late. I do not think I have had an SA Express flight that left Kimberley on time in the past year. And several times the Johannesburg SA Express flights have been late too. I'm currently sitting in Kimberley having been delayed by over an hour and a half. SA Airlink fly the same route, and are never late - so why is SA Express late? There is never an apology, in fact the crew normally behave as if they were flying on schedule (e.g. intercom comments such as 'we will be landing 10 minutes ahead of our expected arrival time') - it is mind boggling! And their catch phrase is 'We fly for you' - what a joke! Really they owe their passengers some sort of explanation, or compensation, for the inconvenience caused, and if I sould always get a seat with an alternative carrier, I would.
