Refund

I am very disappointed with their services and lack of proper management s****s, they have failed to honour their obligation to take me to my destination and now after cancellation they are giving run around with the refund. Their scandal of failing to pay the authorities have affected us and they couldn't care less and instead they try to intimidate people when asking questions.
