Poor, Cheating and dishonest servive by SA Express

On the 24th November 2016 boarding from OR Tambo to Bram Fisher Airport in Bloemfontein, on my arrival to Bloemfontein airport my suitcase was forcefully opened and Items worth R16,987.00 were ****** out of my suitcase.

Fortunately SA express official Mamello witnessed this on my arrival at the airport and promised to write me an email on processes of claiming, which she did not write me an email until I went to the Airport on the 28th November 2016.

On my arrival on the 28th November 2016 I met Miss Kelebogile who provided me with the claim form and where it must be emailed and faxed and advised me to do the affidavit at the police station and forward the documents to the fax and email she provided me with.

After I faxed and emailed the documents and affidavit on the 28th November 2016, I received a response from Mis Mpho Tlhapane who aknowledged my calims, provided me with Case # ********** 7 and promissed to investigate and come back to me on the matter.

On the 05th December 2016 I called Miss Mpho Tlhapane wanting to find out how far is she with the matter, but unfortunately I was sent from pillar to post, been told shes not arround, shes on leave up until I had to call her supervisor Mr Clint Harris who instructed Mpho to attend to my issue.

I later in January 2017 received an email from Miss Mpho Tlhapane informing me that an amount of R262,00 will be deposited into my account for my lost items by SA Express. I responded to Miss Tlhapane that the amount shes paying my lost items does not even make 2 percent of the amount spent on those lost items and can she give me the detail of the management of the company as that was an insult to me.

Since I requested this information from Mpho Tlhapane I have not receive it, for me to cascade the matter to her seniors nor receive any payment of my lost items.

My lost Items worthed R16,987.00 and the items were Ray Ban Sunglasses, 2 Diesel jeans and a Pair of Thimberland boots.

I AM SO VERY MUCH DISSAPOINTED WITH THE WAY SA EXPRESS IS HANDLING THIS MATTER, HAD I KNEW THIS IS HOW ILL BE TREATED, I COULD HAVE OPTED FOR THE BUS OR USE MY CAR AS THE LOSS IS A SOLE FAULT BY SA EXPRESS.

I therefore humbly request for your intervention on the matter please Hello Peter.

My contact number is **********
