Pathetic service from SA Unepress (SA Express)

<p>Returning from Mauritius on 21 October, we were informed at SA Express check in that our flight (1013) was cancelled and that our new flight number was 1017, departing some 2 hours later (16:55) than our cancelled flight. Another 3 hours later our flight finally left at 19:15 on a chartered flight. I sent a complaint to SA Express and received a computer generated reply with a promise that they would contact me. Now some 10 days later no response to date. At least I now know what to do, i.e. if no other carrier is available, I will drive from Bloemfontein to OR Tambo.</p>
