Pathetic airline

I travelled from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein on flight SA75 on the 14th of March then i didnt get my bag the same day because it was lost and i only received it the next day. When i received my luggage on 15th March my bag worth R2600 was damaged 3 wheels were off and you could see that just thrown and thats how the wheels came off. I was advised to claim for a new bag but it was rejected because SA express doesnt pay for damaged bags damaged by their employees. Ive been using SA Express for the last 5 years and never again shall i use it pathetic this airline.
